We hope you love everything you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from glamlaura.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at service@glamlaura.com with your order number and reason.

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase (and not yet shipped) are eligible for a full refund

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Please request a return after delivery

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–15 business days after approval

  • If you have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact us

If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and keep the original packaging for verification.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Step 1:
Email our customer support team at service@glamlaura.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2:
Our team will provide you with the return authorization and detailed return instructions.

Step 3:
Send the item back following the instructions provided. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected

Additional Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including original shipping fees)

  • We do not accept returns that are sent back without prior authorization

  • Please do not return items to the address on the original package

  • Items marked as final sale or free gift items are not eligible for return or exchange
